Grade 7 and 8 students had a great time today at 4Wing's Open House! A huge thank you to the organizing committee at CFB Cold Lake that made these smiles happen today.
Just a reminder to all NEASSA Track and Field athletes for tomorrow to be at the school for 8 am to travel to the district competition in Bonnyville. Students won't return to Cold Lake until the end of events in Bonnyville (evening). Good luck to all of our Crusaders participating tomorrow!

The second annual Cultural Fair will be taking place during lunch next week on May 14, 15, and 16th! If you would like to share your cultural traditions, clothing, foods, music, or other items with the school community, please contact Nicole Johnson at njohnson@lrcssd.ca to reserve a table. Families are welcome to participate!
"Dress like a student" day was well received among the staff at AJSH - they came in droves with socks and sandals, hoodies, belt bags, and cell phones. They were even complimented on their fit by many actual students!

Two teams from Assumption School competed in the annual Battle of the Books challenge at the Cold Lake Public Library. The battles were won, and our teams took home both first and second place in the senior category! Way to go Crusaders!!
