Lakeland Catholic Trustees recently met with students at Holy Family Catholic School as part of our Student Board Engagement — and one message was clear: Holy Family feels like home.
Students spoke about the faith-filled culture of their school, the strength of family groups, and teachers who take the time to support them academically and personally. They shared how prayer, service, and strong relationships help create a welcoming community where students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
Students also expressed excitement for the future of Holy Family and the new school building, while emphasizing how important it is to preserve the traditions, identity, and sense of belonging that have shaped their school community for generations.
We are grateful to the students who shared their voices and experiences with our Board of Trustees.
